Since opening for business in July of 1988, Roseville Precision Inc.
(RPI) has established a reputation of
exceptional quality and first-class customer service as a
contractor/supplier of sheet metal parts, assemblies, and finishing. We
have a broad range of customers from a variety of industries including
communication, music/entertainment, electronics, enclosures, motor
sports, construction, etc. We have adapted to the changing climates of
the manufacturing industry and the economy. We have evolved from a
small "job shop" to a much larger, Globally Competitive operation. We
keep pace with competitors both local and abroad by delivering top
quality parts on time, and at a competitive price.
The professional staff at RPI strives to develop close working
relationships with our customers in order to better facilitate their
requirements. By working in unison with their design, manufacturing, or
procurement personnel, we are able to assist in identifying changes or
methods to improve quality and reduce costs across the board. We employ
statistical quality control processes and are equipped to handle quick
turnaround and long-term orders.
RPI utilizes state-of-art manufacturing equipment, and we are
constantly adding new equipment to expand our already wide spectrum of
services offered. RPI uses SolidWorks, FABRIWIN, E2 and AutoCAD
software among others. As well as parts and assemblies, we can provide
professional quality manufacturing drawings for your company.
In addition to sheet metal, RPI is equipped to work with pipe and
tubing, c-channel, extrusion, expanded metal, or just about anything
