Vipros 255

The Vipros 255 is one of the latest additions to Amada's stable of high-speed, hydraulic turret punch presses. Vipros 255 provides 22 tons of punching force and can process 4' x 8' sheets with a single repositioning cycle. The ram is controlled by a dual pressure, dual flow, linear servo valve system that provides a maximum 1,000 hits per minute, 340 hits on one-inch centers. The 31-station multiple track turret with two 1.25" and one 2" auto-index stations maximizes machine utilization by reducing processing time, lowers tooling costs, allows complex shapes to be produced, and provides finished part quality. The servo controlled hydraulic system provides high-speed processing and low noise operation. The available brush table reduces sound levels and provides scratch-free parts. Precision control of the ram's brake-like forming cycle delivers high quality forming with easy electronic depth adjustment. The integrated control and hydraulic systems provide a high performance machine in a compact design. The machine's intelligent clamp detection system practically eliminates dead zones, making the machine ideal for short-run and pre-sheared blank applications.

AMADA 244 PEGA 24 station turret with dual auto indexes. This accurate turret punch press, capable of prototype to high volume production, has been a major workhorse for RPI, most commonly used for long running production runs and thick gauge materials.
